  Ok, i have absolutely no idea what this guy is talking about. I've been going to Bob's for 10 years. Let me tell you something, as a woman, I am treated with respect and kindness. My vehicle was always given back to me clean and on time.…

  Pros: called to tell me if my car was ready or if there was a problem, treated me respectfully, kept my car in decent shape! Cons: NONE!!!!
